Questions
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Sign up with your email address and a password and issue three invoices for free. Then decide whether you want a subscription.
Does Rechna replace my accounting?
No. Rechna writes invoices and quotes and files receipts. Bookkeeping and tax returns stay with your accountant. Rechna exports the bookings for RZL.
I use the small business scheme. Does that work?
Yes. With the small business scheme, Rechna shows no VAT and adds the required note to the invoice.
Where is my data stored?
The database and files are stored in the EU, at Cloudflare. We never use your data for advertising and never sell it.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic has everything for quotes and invoices: overview, customers, vendors and products. Pro adds receipts with scanning, recurring invoices and payment reminders. You can switch at any time, and Stripe charges only the difference.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at the end of the paid period. Your issued documents stay readable afterwards.
Is Rechna available in English?
Yes. The app is available in German and English, and you choose German or English documents per customer.
